Local Shipping
Bijou Hearts aims to process your orders within 24 hours of business days (Mondays-Fridays). All local orders will be shipped via City-Link Express and a tracking number will be sent to your email once it has been shipped.
P/S: Backorder or Pre-order items will take 7-14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to ship out. If the order consists of a combination of Ready Stock & Non-Ready Stock items, the parcel will only be shipped out when all items have arrived.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide! All international orders will be processed within 48 hours of business days (Mondays-Fridays). All international orders will be shipped via Aramex and tracking number will be sent to your email once it has been shipped.

Please note that all orders are shipped from Malaysia. Do keep in mind that any import duties and taxes charged must be paid once the recipient has received the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country.
Bounce Parcels
Please track your parcel with the tracking number we have provided. You shall receive an email notification which include these details once your order has been shipped. You may arrange for re-delivery with the shipping company or opt for self-collect at the allocated post office if the delivery attempt is unsuccessful. Additional postage fees will be collected for re-delivery if the parcel is bounced back to us. All parcels need to be signed upon receiving.
